New Gift Card Policy, Effective 5/2022

Thank you for purchasing a gift card from Full Circle Gardens. We have had several recent issues with gift cards that we now need to set a strict policy. If you purchase a gift card online and what us to send it to the recipient, please write their name and address in the “Notes” section of your order. We can no longer issue duplicate cards to a recipient if they do not have their original gift card. Also, going forward, you must bring your physical gift card in to purchase plants. We do not keep records of gift card purchases as we do not have the time or resources. You are responsible for taking good care of your card; it’s like cash — if it’s lost it’s lost. We can no longer store cards here at the store for you.
